Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download, they are fundamentally different from physical goods. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns below.

1. No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital itineraries are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" to us in a way that guarantees they are no longer in your possession.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a general "no refund" policy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following limited scenarios:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same itinerary twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the duplicate charge.

  • Technical Issues: If the file is corrupt or you are unable to open/view the itinerary after trying multiple devices, and our support team cannot resolve the issue for you, a refund may be issued.

  • Major Error: If the itinerary contains a significant error that makes it impossible to use (e.g., a "Paris" itinerary that contains "London" information), please let us know.

3. EU Consumer "Right of Withdrawal"

If you are a resident of the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital content, this right expires the moment you begin the download or access the digital file. By completing your purchase, you express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
